Active Substances:
Plum oil is in fact prune kernel oil, i.e. it is obtained from prune stone. It is an expensive and luxurious oil. Cold-pressed plum oil undergoes very little processing, which gives it a distinctive sweet-almond scent. It has a very deep moisturising effect and is well suited to sensitive skin. Excellent especially for facial and lip care products. Restores skin elasticity, does not clog pores, gives skin vitality and radiance. Rich in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.
The lip balms also contain a vegetable wax with candelilla and soy which has emollient and protective properties for the skin. 100% from renewable resources.
Vegetable triglycerides give the skin a soft, silky feel and help the product spread well. Ideal for nourishing creams and lotions.

What are the approximate delivery times?
EU: Most orders are delivered within 3-8 business days from our European warehouses.
USA: Most orders are delivered within 5-12 business days. Delivery of some items, including custom-made ones, may take up to 3-4 weeks. Express delivery via DHL and FedEx will be available soon.
United Kingdom: Delivery usually takes 4-10 business days.
Do you deliver door-to-door or to pick-up points?
Orders are delivered either door-to-door or to pick-up points, depending on the destination. We are working to provide sellers with a choice, but so far everything is working like this:
That's how it works now.:
Door-to-door delivery: Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia, the USA and the UK.
Pick-up points: all other countries. If the product is too large, the order will be delivered to the door.
If there are no pick-up points within a 5 km radius, the order will be delivered door-to-door.
We know that this is not an ideal system yet, but we are actively working to improve it.
Return Policy
You can return the product to us if the following conditions are met:
The product is returned within 5 days from the date of placing the order (with the exception of custom-made items for which the return period may be longer)
The product must be unused, undamaged and have all the original labels.
Personalized items, as well as underwear and socks, are non-refundable.
